Orders placed at ghostflowerbeauty.com before noon can usually be delivered the same day. Orders placed after 12PM will be delivered the following day we are open.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive a text to agree on the time and location of your delivery.

SHIPPING RATES

Orders are generally shipped within 2 business days using either UPS or USPS.  Their delivery standards are usually  2 - 7 business days, depending on seasonal times. We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Ghost Flower Beauty accepts returns up to 60 days after the delivery date.  If the item is unused and in it’s original condition we will refund the full order amount- less the shipping costs included in the sale.  Non refundable items include holiday products, bath bombs and used / partially used products.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@ghostflowerbeauty.com Make sure to include your order number and if possible, a photo of the item’s condition is always helpful.. At Ghost Flower Beauty we want most of all for our customers to be 100% satisfied with your order.  We address these issues on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution for both shop and sincerely valued customer.
